1. Nonprofit & Church Status

Sacred Wisdom Ministry operates as a registered nonprofit and spiritual church organization.

Donations are voluntary and support our mission, programs, and outreach efforts.

2. Use of Website & Services

4. Retreats & In-Person Events

By registering for or attending any retreat, workshop, or in-person event, you agree:

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

You assume all risks related to travel, accommodations, and activities

Payments & Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your place

Payment plans may be offered at our discretion

Full payment terms will be outlined at time of booking

Cancellations & Refunds (Retreats)

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Refunds (if any) depend on timing and ability to fill your space

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance

Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to:

Modify retreat details, schedules, or locations

Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure)

In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

5. Donations

All donations:

Are voluntary

Support our nonprofit and church mission

May be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law

Donations are non-refundable, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to decline or return donations at our discretion.

6. Payments & Purchases

By purchasing any product or service:

You agree to provide accurate payment information

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

7. Refund Policy (General Services & Programs)

Refunds for services, workshops, and digital products:

Are subject to the specific terms stated at time of purchase
